The answer being the American Government. Here in Britain though quite a few of them are being sold to commuters in London so they can avoid the congestion tax :D

I wanted a Corbin Sparrow for the longest time.  Out of production and it would be hard to find enough Blade Runner style outfits to go with it. :D

Theres a little known Toyota called a RAV4 E or something, that is completely electric.

You can get one, but Toyota dont admit to making it really, and its never promoted anywhere at all.

a quick google, its called the Rav4 EV, they stopped making it in 2003.

I remember reading an amusing blog about it - seemed quite an impressive vehicle.

PSA have been small producing electric versions of their cars for years - eg 205, citroen berlingo electrique etc etc
