Saw that the UK and US teams fcked up the 100m Relay in the world championships yet again. True it seems US mainly to fault for both parties this time but still.

This is only the tip of the Iceburg as over the years people dropping out not seemingly wanting to race in the 400m Relay or 100m Relay and just in general in other events too there seems to be a common theme...

The whole concept of the Olympic team of late on the track seems to be GONE! IT is all just indviduals and there seems little or not team spirit.
Look at the cycling and the rowing teams and they really have had a strong close group team bond and high drive and their has been great medals one in both of these departments in recent years.
Team passion is a MASSIVE part of any sport, it really makes a difference to how you perform and how you are motivated. Confidence is everything.

They best sort the track side of things for the Olympics as it just does not seem to be there, Same with the US - Great talent but to many individuals.
