What I love about these threads is your clear attention to detail and meticulous attitude, I wish I had the kind of knowledge to be like this on my own car and soup it up too but I don't even feel confident looking at brakes despite watching people like knighty change them plenty of times.

looking good, plenty done

but what's copper spray ?   I've never heard of it before.... just spray on copper ease ?

Got less done this weekend than I wanted, as I was bloody sick.

Still got a few things sorted - wiring started, throttle bodles on, timing belt on

where i left it last week

manifold on for throttle bodies

had to take the die grinder to the engine mount to allow manifold to fit

throttle bodies bolted on

home made back plate for the air filter, secured with the trumpets

the tbs fully assembled with linkages

starting the wiring loom for the ECU

before the pulleys and timing cover backplate went on

starting to split looms to decipher the wiring, and work the new ECU into it.

timing cover backplate on, pulleys and timing belt. no tension in the belt yet as waiting on getting a tension gauge for the belt tomorrow before I tighten the tensioners up.

top view of tbs

looking good

what size injectors are you using ?

They're off a Saab turbo of some kind, I'll check out the flow rates and let you know.

I wanted to mount them in the mouth of the trumpets, but don't have the room for it.

It would be great if you had headlights/mirrors etc as I'm always in need of them!

I did have a good look around for both Headlights and Mirrors but we are all out of them, i assume if i had found some we probably binned them, i still have 1000s more items to sort through, the one and only item i have found so far is a Pug 405 / Citroen BX 1.9 Bosch MAF, i'll keep an eye out for more bits. :P
