he easily outruns helicopters, he lost 2 in his car, they might stinger themselves, to usse stingers you need to guess where hes going. the Police need Apache or Gazelle Helicopters to catch him.
You just fly higher, not exactly difficult. Its either staged, or faked if hes losing helicopters willy nilly.
As for stinger and getting themselves, no thats not the reason at all. It is because it would kill him, and more than likely send a speeding motorcycle cartwheeling down the road.
