Parts arrive next week sometime, will have to arrange fitment.

Can do the struts myself easy, but I wont attempt the springs.

Also need to get the suspension geometry checked, as lowering a car throws all the alignment out I believe? - wonder if its best to bed in for a few weeks or have it done as soon as they are fitted.. :?

Now I gotta tell the ins. company (up to £1500 worth of this kind of upgrade = £0 on the premium :D apart from £25 admin fee. Do like the company I am with sometimes :D )

viper stripes, NOS strickers & LEDS and an aluminium wing next, for another 30bhp

Hmmm I found this on parkers..

bodyrolltastic :o its not even funny.

Thats not roll :D The 205 rolls so far once (nearly tipped it) the seat belt didnt catch in on time and a mate nearly fell out of the window :D

should tyres last longer than 2 years on the front? :D

Depends how many miles you do in 2 years?!

and it also depends on what type of driving...

I am going to try for an airfield day in september, take a fair bit of rubber off the fronts

22K miles since new, so thats how much they have done.  I do often go faster than I should around corners because its so much fun to do in the GT :)

I dont know - the body weighs virtually nothing. The chassis is most of the weight, and even the brake (disc) is inboard and sprung. The suspension basically consists of long trailing arms connected by springs to the chassis and provide the characteristic body roll and soft ride.

Its actually pretty clever for the age of it!

my zs handles beautifully even with a heavy oil burner in the front, and a inormous boot on the back. havent had a hint of understeer yet, even in the wet, havent been pushing it too much yet tho, but it great on the twisties. Roads that i would have taken at about 45 in the megane are being delt with at 65+ in the Zed.

not getting as many mpgs tho  :?
