Corsa Sport 1.6 16v.

Mods & Stuffs:

- De-restricted and drilled airbox with additional cold air feeds
- K&N panel air filter
- Powerflow custom exhaust centre section with reduced silencer
- Aftermarket exhaust back box with oval tail pipe
- GMax SuperSport 60mm lowering kit
- Modified front bumpstops
- EBC Green Stuff front brake pads
- JVC KD-G611 head unit
- Alpine Type S speakers - SPS-13C2 5-1/4" fronts, SPS-69C3 6"x9" rears
- Custom made "stealth shelf" braced, angled speaker mounts etc.
- JBL GTO2000 amp
- JBL GT4 12" sub in sealed 1cu/ft box
- Autoleads 4 AWG wiring kit, head unit ISO loom and front door mounts
- Replacement de-badged grille
- Smoked side repeaters
- Shortened black "bee sting" aerial
- GM rear mudflaps

Maybe raise front suspension on 50mm springs...
15" cav gsi rims
yoko a539 195/45 tyres (got these etc)
grooved and vented front discs
generally keep it clean tidy and running mint

think i want an rs turbo though now.. :)

The Derv.











Love this car, handles so well and is full of torque...

Peugeot 306 1999 DTurbo:

Has been tuned to 130bhp by The Derv Doctor - -

Garrett GT15 turbo at 19psi (1.31bar) - hits 21psi in 5th with foot to the floor (this unit is found in the 1999s only. Spins up quicker, better response etc)
Matched fuelling/timing.
Air to Water charge cooler (sod the fmics!) with custom manifold adapter
K&N filter
Longlife full stainless exhaust from turbo back - no silencers or particulate filter.
EGR valve removed
Rear GTI6 axle conversion (rear discs, larger ARB/torsion bars)
S16 2ltr front brakes
Fully colour coded from factory (rarety with these)
GTI6 cyclone alloys on michelin pilot rubber
OMP pads all round
Sony 7500 headunit w/rockford fosgate speakers at rear, sony up front

Going to Santapod with club-306.com in 3 weeks. Estimating about 8.5 secs 0-60

you know much about putting an FMIC in a 206 HDi?
or if its possible to use bits from the 2l HDi 138 on the 2l HDi 90 to bring it upto to that power?

The colour may be slightly off, but not mega.

The exhaust, it was like that when I bought it. Im in the process of trying to get the garage to change it as it is a rust bucket and has three big holes in the back box.

If they dont, Ill sulk and then have to fork out for a proper one.
