you should have stayed in the car.. nice whiplash claim & you'd have money for a real fast car

No, because falsely making whiplash claims just causes everyone else to suffer and just makes you a total c**t to be honest.

it would hardly be a false claim if he was sitting in a broken down car and someone rear ended him.

although as has been said you should never sit in a broken down car.

How'd she manage to plow into you if you were stopped and had your hazards on?

What did the police say at the accident?

She just wasn't paying enough attention. You can very easily check for visibility because the car was stopped right next to a sign, you have ~200 yards where the car can be seen (gentle curve in the road). The police didn't say anything, but they did cart her off to the station for a proper statement to be taken, i did mine at the roadside.

She was probably speeding too - the road is a 50 limit and you can see that my car was shunted more than a car length with the handbrake on. The road was damp as you can see in the pics and she didn't lock the wheels up so i don't think she was even pressing the brakes that hard.

To be honest, I know what I would prefer, Whiplash and a payout vs. no whiplash and no payout, it would always be the latter. My ex was rear ended while waiting to turn right off a main road, and a year later she's still in pain, and was on some pretty strong drugs initially as well!

No, women are less likely to have accidents. They are also likely to drive less.
It's all fun and games until a 200' robot dinosaur shows up and trashes Neo-Tokyo… Again.

usually cos us blokes either swerve to avoid them & hit another bloke, or end up in road rage for her sh*t driving & hit another car doing some odd maneuver you would never do if they guy in front had been driving. Also notice how hard women hit the breaks when they are miles from the car in front of them? or how long it takes them to indicate & lane change?
they really shouldnt be behind a wheel.

Sounds the same as my other half. Sat at a roundabout waiting for the way to clear and ended up getting rear ended by a suit wearing knob in a mini who wasn't paying attention. Totally destroyed both cars and left her with an injury that's going to be with her for life.

Women tend to have less expensive accidents (For the police among us, collisions as they are obsessed with calling them)
