Im trying to buy a rolls royce at the minute - not a car though - a turbo fan engine ;)

£800-1800 gets a working viper, 1800 will get you a spey

I dont know why modern cars dont have tea making facilities as standard, but my mothers father had several Rolls during the interwar years and into WW2.

I want one :(

Can I afford the fuel costs after welding it to the roof of a car? :D

Think the insurance might be a bit high for that XD

Sadly I dont have any turbine engines, theyre mostly rocket motors where I work but we have been scrapping a load of ramjets lately too   But they only work when they get over Mach 2 so I dont think theyd be much good lmao.

I used to work somewhere where Gnome engines were ten a penny, but theyre turbo shafts so wouldnt be much use to you either i think haha.

have you seen the webpage for the one in the back of a new shape beetle ?

if you put it in the back of a van... get a transit with 2 side loading doors.... 4 actuators later... and at the touch of a button both side doors open (to provide air into the engine) and the back doors open too.... then whoosh off you go ;)

p.s. whichever van you decide to get, make sure you get a 3.5ton model, not the 2.8 ones etc... the heavier ones handle much better !
