I can cycle OK, although I go on a machine to avoid getting rained on. My swimming is adequate too, providing the water is warm, but I cant run* ten metres without doing myself a nasty :(

*Limping is more like it now

Nice one. Im doing Blenheim and Ironman Antwerp 70.3 in August. I am looking at getting a bike - a tri-bike really.

The one I have in mind is a Quintano Roo Kilo which should do the trick.

Unfortunately not next year no.

I have decided (or rather have had to concede) that triathlon is beyond me at the moment. I had to withdraw from both of the tris that I was signed up for this year because my wrist is still not right. Rather than risk furthur long-term injury, I had just concentrated on getting my fitness up and the weight I want to shift, lost.

I have signed up for a Duathlon in September of next year, though.

Cheers,
Tongy
