you just described a prosecution case in court. thats what barristers do. lol.

Lol true enough, but generally it requires more than circumstantial evidence to prosecute someone, but the way the courts system is these days you are probably right.

Was confirmed when I did the link a few posts ago. Giantbomb got the email from Microsoft to the media. When MS say it is true and you have things like the ODST advert thats been running for a few weeks in the US with the price drop on the end of it, I think that is confirmed, lol
