Mr Abit, why do your good people insist on putting the RAM slots so close to the PCI-E slot?
With my IP35 Pro XE My graphics card is having to sit in the 2nd PCI-E slot at 4x as the heatsink interferes with the RAM slots sadly. I could blame Sapphire for their awkward fanless heatsink design I guess, but Im sure this must be a common issue.
Blame the system builder for not picking appropriate components.
I know this is meant as a joke.
With regards to sizing of products:
On a serious note, how does the consumer know which product will fit, afaik hardly any of the manufacturers supply sizing info on their websites, and none if any retail sites supply this information either.
And some of us live so far away from any store that could be considered decent, that there is literally no way for me to drop by. Sure you can say ring the sales team, but without being funny chances are you wont obtain this information from approaching a regular store. When Vini was working at tek well that was a different story, he was on the ball, with regards to anwsering questions. (The same as im sure Kris would, being on the ball also, but i mean with regards to approaching any other store thats not linked to the forums).
Failing this you can approach the manufacturer, but why should a consumer have to. In todays market i think "research" should take care of this, as its a frequent issue these days.
