I dont know if any of you are that high a level yet but avoid the Fields of the Dead, lots of people are crashing out in there and getting stuck and unable to log back into the game.

Level 19...finishing up my quests before following the destiny thing through. Looking forward to getting into the world proper!

Everyone I know MMO and wow wise is playing this, I wish I was and also glad I am not at the same time, Things going on well here and I think I am happier then I have ever been so gg.

I think it is great people are enjoying it so much already and you have all the way to 80 to go and a lot of raiding, mount combat, guild city and advancement and battles and sieges etc.

When you think about it both AOC and More in regard to WAR they are offering a massive amount of content at the start while wow really did not have much and quick players were left waiting a fair while for anything more. Blizzard have been amazing since of course but interesting how these companies have taken note of many of the down points of wow and seemed to take clear focus of those aspects as their main appeal points.

Anyone have a list of the emotes in the game?

Type /emote then press tab.

Well I’m having a bit of a nightmare with my Internet connection so I’m stuck at lvl 20 and have not been able to play since Thursday as I get disconnected every 2 mins, which seems to lead to death near enough every time, just glad there isn’t durability in the game lol

Im also on Dagon Zpyder :) Iliena - Demonologist.

So whats the Grinding like, is it hit beyond go and kill 4,000,000 cute little critters and gratz you hit level 20? Something more clever hopefully?

A few of my friends have picked it up and I aint heard from them all day, so something must be good about this game...

Its quests based rather than just grinding so far to 20 there has been more than enough quests so not needed to do any grinding at all.

The game has pointers on the map as where you have to go, so it’s not running around looking for objectives, which is a really nice touch and improves the gaming experience IMO

I finally got out of Tortage woo.

But the City you go to, man...I was getting between 25-90 fps in Tortage, so it was totally playable and looking good. That framerate dropped to 5-25fps in the city. And then there was a mad amount of popping going on. Im hoping its a case of comp overload after a few hours playing etc. Also crashed the game so I took it as a sign to take a break. Will have to see about lowering some settings.

Turn shadow off or use lower settings with it thats what seemed to boost my FPS most.

I can understand what you’re saying Bacon.... but I don’t know there is just something about the "feel” of the game which wasn’t there in WoW at the start.

Guess we will have to wait till 80 to find out :)

I dont think there is a lack of content after 20...but the size of the areas getting bigger n all = more running around.

Also the zones arent quite as open as Id hoped, but maybe Im still in fairly newby areas. Its also a little more confusing as to travel and where to go I find :(

Bag space Im not too fussed about considering with WoW you used to start with like 12 slots as opposed to twenty something?

The banks will be working at some point I think?

Banks were taken down quickly as someone discovered a way to duplicate items using them. They will be patched back in ASAP I believe.
