Just noticed Avast Antivirus has finally been released for us linux peeps. Exactly when they said it would be  :D

Couldnt resist, so I got the tarball.  Apparently I had a java exploit in /home/max/.java!

Oh Noes! :lol:

Its written in gtk1 by the looks of it. :)

Although it does detect linux viruses, its mainly for checking email attachments you may send on to windows users, and your windows partitions.
