anyone know about server fall over clustering etc.?

I want to swap things around on the server at work so if one fails another automatically takes over
storage is already in netapp SAS disk shelves (appart from boot drives, but I can change that?)
and I already have 2 identical servers
I don't care about losing the stuff on the SAS drives while I swap stuff around (it's only CCTV footage)
but I'm lost, there's not any idiots guides online, and the guides I do find expect a lot of windows server knowledge before you start so miss chunks out
(I'm running windows server 2019 datacentre gui)
