Can i run a 64bit OS with this hardware?

Looking at running Windows 2008 Server, but as a workstation, and wondered if my old setup will run the 64-bit version?

DFI Lanparty NF4 UT SLI-DR
Opteron 149 CPU
1gb PC3200 DDR

Any help would be much appreciated, as im WELL out of touch these days!

opteron = athalon 64, so yes. Would possibly suggest adding more ram though

Should run it but as suggested more ram would probably give it some room to run in.
