i believe all the old elites & now freely available to download on the web.
I used to love elite 2 - didnt play ecounters one because of the known bugs. I had the original elite on an acorn electron when I was 7. no idea what to do at that age, so was left in its box in favour of chuckie egg & dare devil denis

Frontier was one of my very favourite games as a kid.

Naturally, my in-game name will be Walrusbonzo.  Milkman though, that's great!!!  :muttley:

After watching the youtube above I wish I was alpha! IIRC Alpha packages started at ~£200  :gag:

you can now upgrade to alpha with a £50 discount if you got the email.... still £150 rather than £200 is a lot!

Yeah I got the same email, even though it says online multi goes live end of the month, sod that at £150 :-\

Looking great in 1080p, though I think the menu's and controls look quite busy so might take some getting used to.
