Error 414

A friend is trying to connect to Warhammer Online website and gets this error.

I can connect using his account details but when he attempts it he gets the error, he has tried different browsers, he has tried connecting via his laptop and that works fine, just not his main pc.

What could be causing this?

Basically something not connecting properly or being disrupted, especially if hes using wi-fi.
