Bach solo suites for cello tromp everything.

If its on 70s vinyl by Deutsche Grammophon, it can turn the universe inside out if played improperly.

Not sure if its classed as it. But its certainly a beautiful 21st century piece.

Composed by Hans Zimmer - The Rock theme. :)

The rock theme is labelled on the soundtrack as "hummell gets the rockets" and im not sure anything can top it to be honest. Listening to it makes my blood rush around my body.

Swells and all that, think I made a post before about an auditory orgasm.... ah no that was on another forum, but there are certain songs out there that give me an amazing high and I can seem to feel the blood go WOOOOSH! through my face and hands.

I know the feeling. I get that with some Jerry Goldsmith scores. "Red Alert" from the First Contact soundtrack, and Valhalla/Viking Victory from "Thirteenth Warrior". Bal-Sagoths "To Storm the Cyclopean Gates of Byzantium" does the same thing.

My favourite is probably the classical tune "Also Sprach Zarathustra"

Been in a few modern films as well as one of my favourite films of all time.

The "Youre so cool" bit he did for True Romance was pretty sweet  :-)
