Well they rolled it out here a few weeks ago and I cannot bloody well use it
My SB4100 modem crawls up its own bottom and dies if I try to dl @ 20mb for > 5mins constant
By the feel of the modem it is over heating
I put in a request for a new modem 3 weeks ago but I have still not heard anything AND Virgin have now moved their Cable support line over to a premium rate number
