Anyone seen the first Episode?
They still have the grip and lots of questions that you bring up but they did not half hit you with some content in that episode, as much as the whole of season 2 just about.
But still, what on earth where they doing and then leave it all to just live in houses and why oh why are they treating them like that, was a great episode, had me gripped.

Thats how I was when they found the second hatch that was a monitoring station for the first--then found that the vacuum tubes emptied the reports directly onto the ground in pointless piles. :lol:

Im getting it now, i read a teaser and was surprised for the second episode theyre apparently still following the jack + sawyer situation, LOST normally jumps story lines frmo one week to the next so I was expecting to find out about the hatch

I thought the ending was okish. Atleast now we know that the rest of the world hasnt been blown up, etc. and that theyre not the only survivors, etc.
I wonder what happens with Michael and Walt! Maybe the others use the now captured boat to recapture michael and walt? I dont know!

Also craving my John Locke, whos by far my favorite character on the show. :ptu: Him and Desmond are alive and OK by the looks of the trailer. :D

hehe yeah! Such a good episode! By far the strangest so far.. With Locke having the kind of dream..
BUT, WTF was this about: All of the airport staff were members of the others.. and Hurley was checking everyone in to their flight behind the desk. Thus making him a staff member!! Is this telling us Hurley is an Other?!? :O

That dream locke had was showing who was in trouble and who is okay the others leader was airport security checking Jack, Kate and Sawyer you could see lockes reaction like he was trying to warn them but couldnt speak.

Episode 7 Finally shown at long bloody last, what a long break
Wow, Lost just gets better for me, so tense and so much "WTF is going on" but in an annoying good way. It has been the only movie or show since babalon 5 where it has held back on what is what and what it means and not annoyed the hell out of me and forced me to stop watching.
So the others were once norms then, well some of them. One aspect of the research as around birth etc, were slowly learning what this private company was up to.
So cool, role on next week, and thank god next week battlestar galatica is on again comes back after ages and has a week break again I mean, lol.
Amazing script that as well.

As usual lost ends with a big frustrating WTF.
To quote a friend of mine "anyone could be an editor for lost, just take a shedload of crack, write bollocks, then cut it when it gets interesting, then continue the next episode from some random point that has no real relevance to the place you left off."

What the hell is the mechanical smog, the others do not know what it is, clearly they and then the darma initiative have come across this island for its strange and mysterious abilities and areas.

Lots of really weird stuff happens on the island. Those on the latest plane crash have been there 3 months, on a hot desert island with I suspect not a great amount of food. Everyone on the island has been quite active.
The big mystery is, how the f**k has Hugo not lost any weight???????????????????????????????????

This is true, it was put up in the media and they actually wrote in a food drop he found which has given him and the others plenty of food but he has a very large stash just for himself and you had part of another episode where he was caught eating an amount of it.
He has been told though if he wants to stay and not be killed off he has to loose weight from season 2 end (20 episodes?) and for season 3 apparently hes on some sort of diet and training

I hate lost. I only watch it because I actually hope that one day it will all bloody make sense. Its not good programming at all, it just makes me feel bored, tired, and uninspired after watching an hour of it. I have to force myself to keep watching it, because I refuse to believe I have completely wasted over 40 hours of my life watching it.
Its one of the most pointless tv shows out there.

Im starting to think it is a limbo type deal; a place to give those souls with issues time to sort themselves out. When you look at who is/was on the island, every single one of them is carrying a burden of some description.
When a person apparently comes to term with their issues they "move on" from the island; usually by death but not always (Michael and Walt)...
That all said, it doesnt explain wth DHARMA has to do with anything or why Ben recruits people from off of the island.

Stupid show probably the first and only really amazing show you just really hate but then you really like it and enjoy it.

There is this and next season only which was confirmed last week
This season will finish at around 25-26 episodes and another series of 20+ with a 2 hour special at the end followed by small documentaries about what is what there after for a bit

only major reason ive been watching it is to actually know whats going on, and now we wont know for certain for another 3years....sigh..sigh...siiiiiggggh.

While I enjoyed 3x20 Im not 100% sure what to make of it just yet.
Have to say for me my fav characters are Ben & Desmond so its good to see an episode that explores one of their characters. Threw up some real wobblers though! The whole thing with Jacob, Alpert and also Loche towards the end. All very spooky. Some sort of fountain of youth island.

The rest...didnt really expect it.
I think i must have missed the part where they explained who the person that died was?
Overall i really enjoyed it, as i didnt expect it. Cant wait untill the fourth season.

These guys really know how to produce season finales. I thoroughly enjoyed the season 1 finale, then 2 was even better.... this one at the very least on par with season 2, need to watch it again but wow.
I sort of got the feeling we were going to start seeing "flash forwards" at some point, when they introduced Desmonds time travel time line, and all the time related easter eggs (Mitleos Labs = Lost Time).
So the 5 reported to die ended up being Charlie, Tom, Rambo, parachute girl and Mikhail. When they supposedly killed Jin/Bernard/Sayid I was gob smacked, didnt think theyd do that. With Charlie, I reckon he coulda saved himself by diving out the port window and hoping hed reach the surface in time, but I suppose he felt like he had to sacrifice himself for Claire.
Locke has totally lost the plot.... and Walt! Yowzers wasnt expecting to see him.
Im loving Bens character more and more. While the whole cast is pretty good I think Ben, Jack and Desmond really make the show.
So what about these supposed new bad guys? Dharma on the revenge? With Charles Widmores company finances Hanso/Dharma maybe hes sending mercenaries out to get back... would tie the story together, especially with the PennyDes storyline.
Anyways enough of my ramblings.... Im gonna watch it again :P

- WTF is going on?
- whats the meaning of life?
My thoughts:
Charlie was alive when the thing left him, he may survive, Mikhail has been "dead" twice now, who says he is dead again?
Lock seems to heal very well, Mikhail seems the same (bar the eye, probably pre-island)
Now, Ben said 40 people died before and the code in the thing was done by a musical person...
I have a feeling that there is some time paradox thing going on and that the 40 folk from the plane crash are the others or something and they had things, Charlie may have entered the code or something.
All up in the air but may lead to that...
You can certanly make what they set out to do with another 2 seasons of it.
Good ending to the series for me, stronger then heroes ending but heroes won the season hands down...
- I just hope battlestar gets a bit beefier and move away a bit from this silly visions stuff.
- Heroes volume 2 will be cool
- Next lost season

This was just incredible! Best ending to a series Ive ever seen.
A few things that havent been mentioned yet:
When Jack met up with Kate, she said she had to go "hes going to be wondering where I am"
Sawyer perhaps? Maybe shes had the baby by this point?
"Charlie was alive when the thing left him, he may survive" What do you mean? Charlie clearly drowned!
I thought of a Theory today while we were all discussing this fantastic episode: If you remember, Ben gave michael specific co-ordinates to follow to get to safety when he left on the boat. Maybe Ben actually already knew about this boat being 70 miles off-shore and he directed them straight to the boat?
Hurley kicked arse in this episode! :D "Attention others! If youre listening to this: I want you to know we got you bastards! And unless the rest of you want to be blown up, you better stay away from our people!" Hurley rules.
Haha, I thought it was funny that Charlie managed to write so well on his hand when he was writing with a normal ink pen with water gushing all over him :D

Temporal Causality Loop, or some kind of Paradox?
Im definitely leaning towards a temporal anomaly (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Triangle_(miniseries)) of some type as being the incident at this point. :)

I cant see them doing the final season in the normal world, as they have soooo many questions to answer about the island.
Whether its a possible future, possibly desmond saw, so his quest then will be to stop them leaving the island...
I cant wait untill next season, especially with Heroes, Pbreak and so much more :D

Yup, the island whatever powers it processes seems to be selective to who gets to live forever or die :/ (i think Benjamin was surprised to have got cancer) i think jacob a entity is behind these....
