DVDS you want but havent been released
on: June 01, 2006, 20:11:13 PM
Im not much of a DVD purchaser, but there are two things I lust for:

U2s Live at Red Rocks, available only on VHS currently.
The Jerk, with Steve Martin, remastered and widescreen. Curren version is pan and scan and a lousy print.

What ya want?

The planned uber release of Bladerunner with directors, original and extended versions would be nice.

As it happens the Evil Dead trilogy box set I got has diabolical print quality on the third installment :( Im looking for a good directors cut + original ending print of that now.

I have the French R2 that is supposedly uncut, however it is difficult to tell. Ill try and dig out the link of where I bought it from...

As ever a useful tool in these situations.

edit: I believe I ordered it from these guys: http://www.mediadis.com/video/detail.asp?id=116640
