Music used in movies/tv shows

Does anyone know of a site that does this exactly?
Song plays - You know the movie /song and you want to look up where it has been used.
There are some sites I can find the other way around (which do not work that well ) but not this.
Seems to me there could be a good site built doing this, look up a song - See the movies and shows used and then maybe even the scene. Then the other way around, a movie or show and the song. Even further trailers because they often have awesome songs or remixes of a song you like and want to find out. Often it is just comments on youtube but a site that does this well would be handy?

There used to be a website called Commercial breaks and beats that used to do this about 10 years ago, but they had a big server crash and for some reason didn't have a working backup so just threw in the towel..
I guess Shazam fills some of this gap now..

It does great for music someone is playing or if your in a shop etc but it is really bad being able to pick out what is being played on a show or advert and you cant really whip it out in a cinema and with all music in the background a lot of the time it has a hard time picking it up.
Sourcing data from API and building just a relations database, pooling from a tv/show database and then spotify (Because it does have a lot of the remixes compared to others) and soundcloud I think someone (We?) could build out something pretty powerful.
