Granted, it cost more to produce a cartridge than a CD, but I still think they are taking the piss.

hardly - main cost is the software development - give how much more work has to go into it these days and how many more people are invloved/employed for projects we are actually getting a better deal than we used to.

SF2, Special Championship edition was pushing £65, easily... i remember the absolute pandamonium surrounding that game when it was released, you also had to shell out £15 for the six button controller... An incredible game at the time, though.
