They have not replied to anyones tickets for over a week and many aspects of back ends not working.

Just a word of caution - Back up your stuff on there, got a feeling they may go bye bye.

Cant actually access my databases to back them up :/

Hmm

Im with Bluguy. I got a response to a ticket submitted on Thursday evening on Friday morning by Geoff Garside. In addition, the back end to my site seems to be working perfectly, phpMyAdmin included.

However I will say that I havent been billed for a while and I cant seem to get onto their billing system to check for invoices.

A couple of friends and I have not been being billed by creativesell/bluguy for a little while now

It constantly send out messages saying you have used a huge amount of storage and bandwidth on the sites (I currently have a single blank page with the a couple of lines of text on it and nothing more) yet apparently used 6000MB of bandwidth on the first day of the month and have exceeded my 200MB storage space lol.

Three people at work have asked for domain name transfers (were all moving to hosting at godaddy.com) and two are still waiting for a domain transfer.  One received an email saying we are unable to do this transfer at the moment as we are undergoing a major restructuring.  Two days later his did go through.

Basically Ethens right - this companies on its way out or at least pretty much screwed right now.  Basically backup stuff you want to keep.  That said non of us seem to be being billed for their hosting and the warnings they send out about bandwidth and space just go on forever with no consequences.

This has been happening for a couple of months now but it looks like theyve finally gotten so far behind they cant actually do anything anymore.

Wierd, I recently formatted (within the last four weeks), meaning I lost my ftp pass/username.

Took around a week or so (security checks, name, address etc) but I got at least one response per day.

Edit - All responses were from the Geoff guy, does Olly not own it anymore?

Think Olly sold it on quite a while ago.  At least several months.
