Really do not like this guy
Duel shock was not in PS3 controllers for legal reasons and the ramblings going on
the fact that on the controller launch they said that the tech was old hat and not needed for games any more and the controller was better light when everyone knew the real reason and then he comes out with "because people wanted it back we give it back"
I mean come on, who cares? You did not want to pay the cash and had some legal issues but then you sort it and put it in controllers, people will be annoyed but its better then bulls***ing
M$ bit their lip and paid up
Really do not like Phil Harrison, hes one of the people that has not helped the PS3 cause

From what I understand, they did pay up and then bought the shares in the company.

presumably they must have paid for their controlling share, so Id say that would be a form of paying up....not the conventional form perhaps, but a form.
