No transfer cable. It doesnt matter really if you have a decent sized USB memory stick. Sure it might be a couple of extra steps but I had everything from the 20gb hdd and memory card transferred onto the USB stick and onto the new xbox by the time Id done a bit of tidying and cooking 
Im confused why they call it "Kinect ready", arent all the xboxs kinect ready, or will the oldest ones not run it?
Only the latest ones have a "Kinect Port" as far as i understand.

I guess if the people have an elite or something with a big HDD already theyll have to do several "trips" between units, I was lucky in that my "20gb" hdd is really only 13gb, and my memory stick was 8gb, so I could transfer everything in one go, leaving burnout for another trip.
