I actually owned that and I must concede that it was a stinking pile of sh*te and a crime against Capcom 
OMG I had no idea!!! Where was this knowledge in 1992 when I was telling my St owning friends how much better my Miggy was!!
I think I'd actually forgotten just how bad it was until I watched that through, I can't believe I ever found it playable even as a child.
