Whats your budget?

DFI boards are great all round, SLI or not.

budget is wide open, its got 4 gig of good ddr, a 4 disk sata raid array, a top end gfx card in it and a 3500 64bit chip (was the best chip out when new)

no point in skimping on the bored :)

hopeing 100 or less tho ?
will go more if its worth it

Whats the difference between the SLI-D and the SLI-DR as I cant see one :\

I only have 2gig of RAM, but its over four slots.  I quite liked the ASUS board, seemed really stable up until it died, but apparently tey have a lot of problems with venice cores  :?

EDIT: Just a quick check, Im pretty sure it is the mobo, but just in case.  Ive ben getting artifacts in games for a while now, but its been getting worse. PC then started freezing, but  music etc in the background would still play (only the pic froze).  Eventually it got to the point that the screen would arse up with random colours, then the PC would reboot.  Now it wont boot.

Id oringally assumed that it was a graphics problem, but the new gfx card I ordered made no difference.  Tried a new PSU too to no avail.  Im pretty sure it is the mobo that is knacked, but can anyone think of anything else it coule be?

iirc, i remeber reading some A64 core revisions didnt like dealing with 4 sticks of ram and would have stability issues cleaned up by using 2 sticks instead (2 x1gig instead of 4 x 512mb etc(
