I "upgraded" my w810i first to a w610i, which died in 4 days (bearing in mind that Ive never before replaced a phone because it broke, Im not exactly hard on them).

I took it back, they gave me another one, which also died inside a week, same problem, the keypads pack up.

I complained again, this time they gave me a different model, a w910i. This lasted for a couple of weeks but began freezing  at random, heating itself up to silly temperatures and in so doing draining its battery.


I have now gone back to my w810i which continues to serve me well.


I wont be getting any more SE phones after this fiasco.
