You should definitely read Grendel

I have. It was okay. Not much more to say about it really.

All Nolans films of the past decade have been phenomenal.

Moon was also a candidate for me, its brilliant sci-fi at its best that is only lessed marginally by the fact that once you know the twist youll never enjoy it in quite the same way on repeat viewings.

I think I would struggle to name 10 films I have been to see at the cinema in the last decade, but for me.

Dark Knight
Rambo
Casino Royale

Thats all I can come up with after 5 minutes of thinking! :gag: guess I will edit it if I remember anything else  :whoops:

For me all of Nolans films apart from Memento have been phenomenal. I just didnt like it, I felt it was convoluted for the sake of it rather than for any real interesting reason and it just didnt hold my attention. The others have been top notch though.

What about Sex and the City?

Women watch the most rubbish films.. Maybe we should start another thread.. worst films of the decade.. Bridget Jones, Love Actually, etc. etc.

not all women watch rubbish films. I think I would die if forced to watch Sex and the City... or any chick flick for that matter.

I ? Transformers
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
UP (:
Saw

Tough question! In no particular order:

Sin City
Children of men
Dark knight
Spirited away
Snatch
V for vendetta
Star trek
Inglourious Basterds
Wall-E
Donnie Darko
