So true :D

Having said about uni, I can so see the above happening if the IT guys role out chrome. It was pretty cool that the uni actually encourages everyone to use firefox rather than IE. But if they bring that in, I can imagine the people I used to do Computing with, if anyone ever left the computer unattended, would get some porn sites and refresh lots so that when they came back and opened a tab... damn, wheres the evil emoticon?

If it cant be managed by active directory then it will not be rolled out in any AD organisation.

Just giving it a run here and so far Im fairly impressed. Its pretty rapid, missing a few "features" but good enough that Im not really missing my other browser(s) yet.

Needs:
* Load Homepage Tab-set on homepage button click
* Adblocking
* Built in Gestures
* Waaaaaay more security options

Well, after using Chrome for a fair while now, Im back to firefox.

What it does, it does well, most of the time.

The final straw was today having 2 separate pages that refused to load, as if they were offline or I was on a bad dialup connection, when firefox loaded them instantaneously.

Thereve been a few instance like this now where chrome seems to just have a hissy fit for whatever reason on some sites. Id rather have the support and userbase of firefox atm. Its interesting that for some MS sites which used to only let you use IE on them, you can use Firefox now, but not chrome!

I only use chrome now as its fast unlike FF which is slow. But there are still a couple of pages it has trouble with.
