If a hacker got into a PC before a Firewall, will a current firewall block him or are they useless to hackers with a list of info about a PC user.

Entirely irrelevant as any decent virus will connect out to a server, rather than wait for an inbound connection.

Inbound connection wouldnt work due to NAT and lack of port forwarding in the router.

Comodo can block outgoing stuff pretty good.

So will Zone Alarm. Big thing is to check for unknown new user accounts and delete them. Even if you do have a firewall on that will allow it to get around it.
