lol, i joined not long after that. When I was in college with Faulky and Parody. It was called bigforums back then.

I used to spend every penny I had on hardware back then, unfortunatly got bills and morgage and food etc to pay for now  :?

remeber big arguments about wether Asus where better than ABit and redeon better than geforce  etc

Used decent forum software back then too, my most popular forums chnaged from GH, to GD to Entertainment and then to C&B, used to be able to check stuff like that. Lost my 6000+ post count aswell :/

with hindsight we should have had the avatars archived somewhere.  Should have been easy to have a program nab them all occasionally for posterity lol :)

Predator, guns, flashing headlights, etc etc

I was only a member from tekforums:81 and was over the moon when it became the normal 80 as I could access it at work and spammed greatly!

I cant really remember where I got the Tek Forums link, but I think it was maybe from the EggThread.

I wonder how fast an egg would cook on todays AM2 CPUs compared to that CPU 5 years ago... Think itd be slower?

bloody hell that was some time ago

I guess i grew up a bit with starting work, tons of bills and lost interest in hardware and upgrading every 6 months and faded away from tekforums. The irc channel has halved too

I think Trubador got banned for having too many complaints from members to whom he was selling things.
I seem to remember Shaun had a rogues gallery of  gun avatars, it may have been someone else.
