Have you noticed as you have gotten older how much quicker time seems to pass?
At 8, 15 minutes seemed a long time
At 18, 2 hours felt the same
Once you pass 25 things REALLY start to speed up, and now Im 30 a day is like what an hour used to feel like
A month is no longer a long time, its only 4 or 5 weeks

I think it starts to escalate as soon as you start working, the day to day monotony makes time fly by. When all you have is the weekends to really get out and live it up, thats only 8 or 10 days a month really. Time sure does fly!

It is simply that one compare each comming time with the time one has lived. At 50 a year is only 2% of your life.
