It isn't getting any better. UK government still in denial with change of PM making no difference, as predicted.

MPs won't accept no deal because they know the damage it will cause. The GFA is part of the UK constitution and underwritten by the EU and USA so international law too. We break it if we no deal with possible unlimited tariffs applied to our goods under WTO rules.

Tory leadership only want to save face and give tax cuts to rich.

Which leaves kicking the can down the road, something even I am getting pig sick of.

The people voted to leave

The vote was a fraud, people were lied to in order to get them to vote against their own best interests, no deal was not mentioned before the vote, the courts said it was illegal.

The referendum was advisory only, the government could just ignore it if they wanted.

The government is supposedly respecting a result that should have been voided.

Over £1 trillion in investments has been moved out of the UK due to Brexit, much by those saying it's a good thing.

I think you will find its all to protect the offshore funds that companies here already have.

Its inevitable now, just wasting your time.

Its inevitable now, just wasting your time.

Claiming inevitability is just standard Tory/corporate tactics. It was all over just before the the original leave date, then it was all to fight for again

And Boris the Buffoon's claim of just blocking parliament and letting it run out of time might not end it either. There are legal issues with the GFA.

But you are right about protecting funds from the EU tax avoidance directive.

You think that the other parties and Tory rebels were not getting ready for this? It was far too obvious that he intended to do it.

Now they have a window to have either a vote of no confidence or a humble address to force another extension.

Chances are the EU will agree simply to piss Boris off.

Really it does not matter, we leave with no deal and things just get worse. This is going to run for years, possibly decades.

Seems something has changed, firstly one of his MPs defected to Lib-Dems, removing his majority. Then he lost a couple of key votes on no deal and having to go ask for an extension.

In there he managed to withdraw the whip from 21 Tory rebel MPs, even with the DUP he had a deficit of 43 votes at this point.

The opposition declined the trap of an early election that could have locked parliament out of any new Brexit legislation.

And his own brother Jo Johnson has resigned the whip too, deficit now 45 votes.

It's hilarious, I was a bit gutted when GOT finished, not much else out there that competes with it... but now, the news/the footage from parliament - it's all got very interesting/fun all of a sudden. :D

A lack of blood, poisoning, torture and sex, but otherwise very satisfying.

Bill went to the Lords yesterday, all amendments kicked out, off to Queen for her moniker Monday.

Boris is in real problems. He said he would rather break the law than Britain not leave on 31st October, in front of a lot of witnesses, mostly the police.

Then he also said he would rather be found dead in the gutter. I'm sure at least someone from the ERG, Brexit Party, UKIP or other would like to make sure that happens.

They might even have to do a lottery, or a conga, with the stabs in tune to the music.

Boris would have to wear a Royal purple toga and repeatedly recite from Carry on Cleo, "in fer me, in fer me, they've all got it in fer me!"

:muttley: :muttley: :muttley:

Its all a load of horse sh*t, Boris isnt for the people, unless you went to Eaton and have million squared away in offshore.

They are just using leavers as a scapegoat.

All our full of sh*t!

Former Vote Leave campaign director Dominic Cummings, said the only way the issue of abuse would be solved is if MPs "respect" the result of the EU referendum.

Sounds more like "if you give up you won't get hurt." Except they are preparing for leave voters to riot after a no deal, not remainers.

If only he and the rest of the vote leave people had told the truth rather than lie about Brexit.
