China has at least a years head start in a technology that will dominate space and make previous satellites as obsolete as sailing ships in the age of steam.

This has been posted at least twice, a very interesting idea and if the Chinese are the ones to get the ball rolling. I just hope the original inventor patented the idea, although probably not according to British past history.
