If you fear for your grades if you share your opinion with him, then somethings wrong. Id write a formal letter to his superior, mentioning his inappropriate comments.

Thats me boy. :D

After the review, youre safe to confront him as well, but that might be uncomfortable.

Id see if your school has a policy about such things. Surely youre allowed to be open about your faith, but if you use it to intimidate others, then thats a no no. I wasnt there so, its your judgement.

Id ask him about the time when man walked the earth with dinosaurs, just to get a reaction.

Hate to say it mate but your as foolish as him if you think religion is the cause of ALL wars.

I think youll find that its over land most commonly, control of the government secondly.

The current civil war kicking off in iraq is over control.

Religion is rarely the cause of a war (crusades and whatnot excluded), but simply the scapegoat.

IMO.

War is a disease of man the collective organism.

A lot of killing has gone down due to religion and a lot has gone down due to non-religious ideology.

Id say its as much a divider as a uniter.

Relgion can be the cause of wars but it is more likely to be used to cause or justify war for the sake of control.

I say this because whilst in work the other day i mentioned that in my opinion, religion is the source of all war.... to which he agreed, and said this was a good thing... how else could we protect our religion?

Greed, stupidity, pigheadedness, a false belief in superiority and excessive intollerance in varying combination tend to cause at least 99% of wars. Religion is just an excuse, even in the crusades.

Bible-believing Christians can be sure of one thing. When dinosaurs were originally created, they were peaceful and harmless just like all the other animals.
