whos had first hand dealing of these, Im shure I saw a program Where the nominated carer helped the disabled person get about, he put his scooter in the back of the car and took him out, also can you have carers stay.

my grandmother used to have people in to help her out, and thered be someone staying the night too incase she needed to get up in the night etc...  tho we always made sure there was a family member there instead whenever possible.... (non of us were that keen on the idea of strangers there to help her)

plus, they stole things all the time, like her wedding ring etc.. :(

tho i guess its totaly different if you just need someone to help you get out and about etc...

im trying to get a 2 bed house, at the mo if your nan had my place shed be f**ked.
