Got about an inch on the roads here :(
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.

Not a flake in Hertfordshire. Was 3-4 inches out in Essex where I was delivering to but the roads were surprisingly traversable.

has 2"-3" of snow here in Preston.  Gritter has been up and down our street a few times, the guy who drives it lives about 10 houses down :D

It melted today but more is coming down, I got the feeling its gonna be not enough to warrant a snow day but plenty enough to make it bloody lethal out there :/

Watching the news... Is it me or can some people not drive in the snow... Completely flat road and a car over a verge in the hedge.. Just dont drive like a tw@ then! (It was a BMW driver)

And many others that seemingly just cant!

Watched one of my neighbours earlier trying to move his car for the first time in the snow :P  his strategy to it was to put his foot down hard! ...then sit there for 20 seconds spinning his wheels and not going anywhere! The knob was at it for about 20 mins before giving up and had only moved a couple of feet at most lol

We had a ridiculous amount here in York today, the better half almost ended up stranded half way between Leeds and York after the school finally decided the sensible thing to do would be to close. Snow day tomorrow and probably Friday as well now.

Up to 1 metre in the North East on high ground, know several people who are snowed in.

One of two practicals scheduled for me today have been cancelled due to the lecturer being snowed in. Im not going in, have ~4" on the roads outside. I could maybe drive in but as its meant to snow till 3pm I dont want to end up stuck at uni.
