You may have caught Smart at some point on TV and Mark Speight has been the answer to art attack on the bbc for a while
Did not realise but he was up for murder and drugs charges when his fiancee was find down in January :o

Did not know about this of course moving etc, quite a shock I mean you got blue peter presenters etc doing nude shoots, fhm or drugs and being all over the news but this is quite :o

Seems though he is totally inecent on murder after a week and now of the drugs charges

Six days later police said the SMart show presenter was no longer a murder suspect, but bailed him to return on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs.

But following advice from the Crown Prosecution Service, police will take no further action against Speight.

An inquest into Ms Collins death is due to be held at Westminster Coroners Court on 2 April.

Poor chap, loosing her one thing but his TV career may be over even though he has not done anything wrong

Not that surprising, they should have been keeping an eye on him. A TV presenter who quits for the single reason of losing a partner has got to be subject to suspicion that they might suicide.

Well it is surprising how now we know how she died and was found. With the knowledge whey the bloody hell was he arrested for Murder in the first place? They did a bit to much white stuff, their fault and she overdosed heself while he was not even around.
Her Death finding her dead and then having to deal with the fact the policy oddly think you did it your going to go a bit mental your right and if indeed he has topped himself (which we all hope he has not) then where was his family around him as his support mechanism and the policy etc so easy to accuse but not following up?

Well, police and family are to blame for that, they should have been helping and supporting him
