I didnt see the news article, but to me "Screening" isnt cleaning, its going through a selection of samples picking out certain ones based on predetermined criteria.
SO in the case of Screening eggs for Ataxia, any with ataxia would be removed, and the remaining eggs would be used in the tests etc?
I havent got a problem with that, but I guess the anti-abortion people would be saying that each egg deserves the right to being fertilised or something :|
