It's been on fire for ages, but let's be honest, America is in a worse state, much of Europe is in an equal or worse state. Everywhere is governed by corrupt, self-serving, un-elected scum.

But more specifically about this gov, some of their changes will actually help my family with bringing home more take home pay and spending less in some areas, for others its going to be a kick in the teeth. :dunno:

For me a lot of the global issues, even in the pandemic stems from the Rich wanting to be richer and worming into the politics to get leaderships to do that. With increasingly little trickle down (The concept that you give tax breaks etc to rich they buy more things and all that flows down but in reality the Rich have everything they want and so it doesn't) their greed has just caused everything and everyone else to just be in a dire mess.

Yet another new England PM looks like it is incoming, lol.
Seeing the news here in Australia which has had its fair share of leadership shifts and joke governments for sure - It is on another level in the UK right now.

Rich getting richer and accumulating assets, poor getting poorer and losing assets. But that will all change under a new chief mong or Labour/other collaborative corrupt sacks of sh*t, right?

On this note, the best thing I've watched this week. First 20 mins is just backstory for the guy, Gary Stevenson, but if you skip that you get some great insight into how the system is broken:

I saw people calling for King Charles III to dissolve Parliament.
Apparently Charles 1st and 2nd did and there is either a TV show or movie about Royals set in future/ not reality where Charles is king and he does just this - I keep seeing it on TikTok but do not know what it is from.

But yes, no new Conservative leader will fix things and they been making a mess since 2010 if not before and is Labour really in a place to be any better? Just seems it will be a down hill continuation for years to come.

Even if they did it's all spectacle and theatrics, none of it amounts to anything in the grand scheme of things.

this x 1,000

:-(

I don't even think riots would make much difference, the public won't stick with it long term, we'll just be made false promises and go back to daily life
