Dear GoDaddy,Thank you for generic response #37332. It was both patronising and unhelpful.Perhaps next after telling me that users of my site that submitted this information all have their browser configured incorrectly or skirting the issue by suggesting that there is malware interfering with the site you will advise me to try rebooting my router or advise me that perhaps the internet just doesn't like my website. As I've had similar issues before (check my account) I would appreciate a real human response from someone that knows what they are doing or that can look into the server setup or talk to 'engineers' or whatever you call them, as I am positive there are issues with your European server setup. I have NEVER had any of these issues with sites hosted on the US datacentre, but myself and people I know using your European datacentre seem to have no end of problems with site dropouts and connection issues.Regards,Nige
Well they sent me back some spiel about malware or user's browsers not being configured correctly, so I've sent them this:QuoteDear GoDaddy,Thank you for generic response #37332. They really are proving less than helpful this time. On the one hand I can't blame them as they probably put up with idiocacy and lack of understanding every day - it must be soul destroying - but on the other hand there seems to be a genuine issue here and I can't see how else to get them to recognise this.
