Fugeddaboudit, Coffeebomb is a wasteland and Id only be talking to some Mondeo driving wierdo. :drama:

2 pounds of pickin cukes, like kirbys, washed and sliced
3 tsp salt
handfull of sliced onion
a few "bruised" garlic cloves
3-400g of sugar
4-600ml of white vinegar
splash of water
tablespoon mustard seed
tablespoon celery seed

Wash cukes with a bit of dish soap and water, till theyre squeaky clean. Rinse well.

Slice and put in a bowl, sprinkle a bit of salt on each layer, toss with onion. Let set for an hour. Drain.

Mix up the rest of the stuff, basically to taste, heat to a boil, pour over cukes in bowl, let sit for 10 minutes, then jar em and let sit for at least 24 hours. Make sure each jar gets a piece of garlic. If you run out of liquid to cover, just top up with vinegar.

Variation: add thinly sliced wicked chilis. :D
