Looks like a imformation or advertizing booth with a roof maybe in the shape of a car. Moost obvious in this pic (http://www.flyinglobe.com/2006/03/15/another-flying-car-in-australia/)
one can see the shadow of the supports !

It will be one of those inflatable ones like they had on Top Gear  :mrgreen:
