nah youre confused about dates

I shared a house in shef with sam in 2000/2001 - he was running powercomputing when I moved in - then OCS & by half way through 2001 hed quit OCS and set up the rival tekheads.

I think it Was walrusbonzo who got me on here but getting to know Nige become friends. Nige is an awesome person to know! Alan as well is a really nice chap.

If there is a move etc me and nige are determined to get people staying and back on here. If the site does not work with www for example, will get it to work.
It is really nice thing to hear that Sam is making an effort to port stuff from here to a new forum as well.

I put my offer out to the guys for any php, design, css, html, or design if and when needed and ill also help market the site and do any SEO. (ill get webmaster tools set up for example if need be)
Hope to have my awesome site going soon and will make sure ill link to tek. Anyone with a site it would be nice if you could link to tek too.

Cant remember, but I was still at uni so it was before 2002. Was here before the egg frying incident.

It was also my idea for the name Bigforums. I said it to Sam in jest one night, probably over IRC and he was all like "yeah, that might be good" and I was all like "OMGWTFBBQ I was only joking".

So, sorry about that.
It's all fun and games until a 200' robot dinosaur shows up and trashes Neo-Tokyo… Again.

Being the best "Trading Forums Mod" known to man, i was invited here after the closure of OCS forums, along with Ice Kay and  Roker who disappeared shortly after, i think Waz setup the conversation with Sam possibly (i cant remember).

I was previously a member, and i do remember buying a load of Slot A processors (before coming here from OCS) from someone on here, (i thought it was ClockedOne tbh), and still to this day i have one running in a comp at my brothers house. :)

Indeed, every time he uses a laptop he has to leave it on the train. Gets expensive.

Snellgrove departed the internets thinking it wasnt doing him any good, or something equally as daft. He was funny, he should come back! If youre reading this Snell, poke your head in.

Maybe he was actually a spy, come to gather intel about knightys attractiveness, and that when he had indeed confirmed that knightys attractiveness could be used as an airborne weapon (drop knighty in by parachute and all the soldiers will turn homo) he had no further business on the forums, and left...
