Narrow escape
on: March 08, 2008, 17:50:18 PM
I was using a drill on full speed, huge wood drill bit,  power button locked on and I dropped it.

The hole is where the tip hit and the rip across the knee is where it all spun round. £60 pair of jeans ruined but it coulda been a lot worse cos luckily the drill did an emergency stop type thing.

Phew!
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.

Youve no need to go to such extreme lengths to get that all-essential distressed look for your denim trousers   -)

Reminded me of that super fast retracting table saw that stops you slicing your finger off:

It's all fun and games until a 200' robot dinosaur shows up and trashes Neo-Tokyo… Again.

Reading this just reminded me of the time I decided to staple two pieces of paper together with a staple gun, by putting the paper on my leg ><

One of those things where you can visualise it, and see it ending in tears right from the start!
