Probability is a fairly direct hit, I wonder if they have fixed everything since Hurricane Katrina wiped our so much of the city 13 years ago?
Hopefully they have learned and got everyone out of the low lying areas....
Remember that back then the levees had been proven unable to withstand any hurricane.
