Title: I feel like crap

Ive got a cough, hayfeverish nose, sneezing and running and I have a bad head.

I came home from work early today, ie I got there at 8 and left at 8:40 and then had some good sleep, its sort of helped and I have an array of medicine but nothing thats really helping :(

you tried lemsip capsules? they always help me. or failing that try paracetamol and ibuprofen together.
