During a traceroute on hop 9 it always goes through "abovenet.killercreation.co.uk", is that the forums host?

Yeh GO-DADDY-COM-INC comes up on hop11.

I've tried other sites to see if they also go through killercreation, but so far it's only been tekforums.net that has? I've no idea why.

I am now also seeing unable to connect to database errors.
Godaddy may have put you on a Duff server Nige, that or someone on that server is doing something so its going mental

I said that to you about somsething else hey. Tech support.

Yeah they get the average joe who just pulled out their cable in error ringing up etc and you got to go through the basics. I do that with clients with site issues all the time. Ask them to CTRL F5 etc.
BUT I would just like two levels of support with big companies like this. You ring up - hey I am a web developer I need 2nd tier support to help with some IP routing issues I have picked up causing speed issues.
"Sure sir, I will put you through" Even if it is another 5 minutes on hold speaking to someone of sense to get my issues solved.

I would be much happier rather then spending 15 minutes telling the person everything they say you have already done and more.
